30-Day Return Window We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Pet beds, blankets, and bedding that have been removed from packaging or used
  • Grooming tools and hygiene products once opened
  • Food, treats, or consumable pet products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
